    We started with a warm-up using the new equipment at the park near Cruz Elementary.

    Mike finished 8 rounds in 25 minutes and that was his limit.

    Chris finished 10 rounds in 30 minutes.

    This workout was the demo workout at crossfit.com yesterday and was completed in 11:00.
