4 Rounds with 45lb plate:

  • 8 Push-ups
  • Run down the hill with your plate
  • 8 Thrusters
  • Run up the hill

One trip up and down the hill is a quarter mile.

    Mike 24:30 as prescribed.

    Melissa 21:03 first round with a 45lb and rest with 25lb.

    Melissa and Mike also had to carry the plates the ~0.25 mile from CFFC to the hill and back.
